Terms of Service

By using Looped24 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Give accurate account details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us at support@followam.ng if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Hosts are responsible for their Loops, what they ask, who they share them with, and for having appropriate authority and a lawful basis for any information they collect through them.

When you contribute to a Loop, the host and others permitted by that Loop's settings can see your contribution. Only share what you are comfortable sharing in that Loop.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Looped24 only the limited licence needed to store, display and process it to operate the service according to the visibility and workflow you or the host choose. Reviewed, open or private visibility settings control access within a Loop — they do not make Looped24 a public social network.

Do not use Looped24 for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent or rights-infringing, and do not attempt to bypass security, access controls or usage limits, or disrupt the service.

Intelligence is an assistive feature. Its output can be incomplete or wrong. The original human conversation remains the source record; check important conclusions against it. Intelligence does not act or decide on your behalf.

We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep Looped24 reliable but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts where needed to address abuse, protect security or meet legal requirements. You can delete your account at any time.

Looped24, its software, design and brand belong to its operator and licensors. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.

To the extent the law allows, Looped24 is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country.
