A stream can end while answers, resources or clarifications are still promised. Chat Replay helps you look back, but a replay is not a persistent work queue that tells you what needs a response and what happened next. If a question needs action, capture it before you lose the dedicated Questions List.

YouTube already gives creators useful comment filters
